Shafter is a little tiny oil town which has not changed much in the last 50 years. It's about 13,000 people it's somewhat off I-5 heading towards San Francisco. A little Dusty town, Low Income rate. The Omni Clinic is part of a large group of clinics in Kern County Tuolumne County and Kings County and the clinic system is well funded and regular and relatively well organized. This particular Clinic is new clean and well-organized. They can accommodate clients in different languages easily. The staff is friendly and very professional, the clinic is clean and inviting and I notice very respectful to patients of different ethnic backgrounds and different faiths.
